Lynx Mythical Lure and Signy Scortched Earth Bug

I placed my mythical lure on a neutral field. Signy used her scortched earth spell on this tile and feared away the mythical wolfs/rams into the surrounding tiles. In the new tile the mythical creature couldnt be attacked but still the tile was "in battle" so I couldnt go into the adjacend enemy tile.
Lets go on: Signy feared again the untargetable mythical wolf into MY OWN tile. The wolf tapped the tile and was still untargetable. And my soldiers or anything could not attack him. I lost several tiles and could not colonize them back because the wolfs still standing on the tile.
