AI using Scorched Earth on enemy zone before 803 AD

This happens a lot, at least in Solo and Conquest modes, no matter what the settings are.
I'm using the native Linux version.
Note: The Snake AI also focuses on players even if the zone has no resources, attacks zones where Scorched Earth is already on its second phase, and can endanger its leader with its blitz attacks.
