Clan of the Dragon - captured units refuse to cancel AI control
as described.
When you capture enemye units (either as thralls or dragonkin) they seems to ignore the orders given by the player and instead run to a position seemingly controlled by the AI. Dont have an image but this is the case in any game mode (conquest, single map and multiplayer one map and conquest)
really annoying as it removes the chance to heal them for later use.

Carolin MergedI haven't played the dragon clan in ages, so I don't know if this is a known problem or some dynamic in the game that's somehow meant to be there but isn't mentioned, but I played the clan today (single, small map, one opponent Kraken, DirectX) and thralls I capture in combat don't go into my territory or go where I assign them. Sometimes I get them into my territory through repeated clicking, but they keep running back to the zone I captured them in and once that is decolonized, they run to the next zone over, where they immediately get attacked and die.

trayJust bumping this. Same issue with captured Thralls, as well as with units that are turned into dragonkin when captured. It's like the AI still has control of them. Posted this on steam as well in bug reports.

arcio+1 to that thread. In addition to the weird movement both capturing mythical thralls and trying to sacrifice a captured enemy turned dragonkin crashed my game several times today (in conquest).

One of my freshly captured and turned dragonkin was also able to contest tiles with enemies still in them while being ignored by all units. That actaully led to me defeating an enemy without realizing it because that unit kept autowalking to the next tile and contesting it right to their main tile...
All in all, the dragon clan feels unplayable (in conquest) at the moment :( -

Alexander MergedMode: Conquest (Co-op, friend game)
OS: Windows 11
Ver: DirectX
Reproduce: Use Surtr to make slaves via base 'Capture' skill, in enemy territory
SS: N/A
Seed: N/A
On Conquest, when playing as the Dragon clan, using Surtr to make thralls out of enemy villagers/soldiers causes some of them to act as follows:
1) Every 3-5 seconds, they will auto-move command themselves back to the exact spot they were captured. Can be overridden in short bursts, but regardless of assignment, this is consistent. Had to burn them in the altar with rapid, repeated move commands to circumvent.
2) They will refuse to path into your controlled territory, acting as though they are moving into a wall.
Crash occurs when I try to path a captured thrall exhibiting behaviour 2, into my controlled territory. Retries on new seeds, new tech choices & new conquest runs exhibits same issue. Crash is instant-game-close.
Cheers, best of luck! Have a great day :) -
