Constant lag in any multiplayer game on europe server after the new update

after the new updates i'm unable to play in eroupe server every time i'm about to attack the enemy the game starts lagging and freezing for afew seconds and this issue has been there for months im connecting from asia,i never had any big issue with the lag playing on eroupe server before the update and my internet speed is 40mbps which should be enough, now it has become unplayable.
