Age of Vampires Mismatch Conquest Missions (Owl and Hounds)

While playing an Owl Conquest and attempting to complete the mission Age of Vampires my partner and I have different missions completed. I (playing the hounds) had my warchief killed and the defeat menu popped up immediately, my friend (Owl) then completed the mission. When we both returned to the conquest map, my game showed age of vampires as non completed while his showed as completed. We were stuck and not able to continue as he is not able to replay missions and I am stuck with all future missions locked. After exiting and reloading the conquest, the missions synced to normal.
