Stoat can't claim 3rd town hall on Niflheim Bifrost

1 - Bifrost (easy setting), niflheim
2 - Windows 10 Home
3 - DirectX
4 - As Stoat, once you build your 2nd Town Hall, the 3rd Town hall building skeleton blows up and is not buildable. Bug is consistent this way regardless of which island you colonize first, the 3rd Town Hall blows up and you can't build a new one on top of it.

Happened to me in solo hounds, when I colonized the 2nd beyond-the-portal tile for 0 food the townhall on it blew up (I already had the 2nd built)

Happened as well on 3 person. I was hosting, other 2 players got the town hall to repair but mine blew up and couldn't build one.
