I noticed the strange behavior of the AI in the conquest: constantly, they start building a mine, finish building, assign a miner, and then over time suddenly destroy the mine, and then start building a new one in the same place.
The image shows how in the tile there is a miner who was mining ore 10 seconds ago, as well as a villager who is building a new mine.
