Interface. Some letters are not displayed

I started to translate the game into Ukrainian and encountered the following difficulties. The game doesn't display the Ukrainian letters “іїґє”, it shows this symbol “?”. Also, when there are too many “unknown characters” on the screen, the game crashes.

I think the reason is that there are no such characters in the res.pak file. That's why there is such an error.
You need a third-party program to add the characters to the res.pak, and then the game will display normally.

The first way is to use QuickBMS. However, it only manages to open the game files, and I couldn't add my localization.
However, there is a program from a Hungarian who also deals with localization.

In the discussion [support]> #mod-editor-feedback and there is a message from W4T for 09.12.24. There is a link to mega, with it my game worked fine and I was able to replace my localization with an existing one. Plus, he is also working on an editor that will allow you to add your own characters.
I personally managed to run the program in a sandbox, because my antivirus immediately deleted it.
