[Bifrost] Sometimes enemies can get stuck in the water on an ice mission.

Playing Bifrost I found a bug:
- On the ice map, if a wave of enemies was on the ice when winter ended and warm weather came, they get stuck on it and stop moving.
They lose health in the summer, so we still get a reward for surviving the attack.

I also experienced units getting stuck like this but not only on water, sometimes also on other missions
Sometimes when the ghost event happens on the ice mission, some ghosts also get stuck on the ice and don´t attack until the end of the game
