Fame and Military path pop up preventing to play

  I am new to the game and have found this very frustrating myself. i have lost a number of battles due to it. I havent looked into the settings to see what I can change, but I sure hope there is some notification adjustment settings. There are simply too many, it gets so disorienting mid game when so much is going on and there is some warning bell and pop up happening every few moments. Then they top it up with these pop ups...Why would a "competitive" RTS have anything at all during game play that force pauses for one player while not the others...it creates imbalanced disadvantages depending on the timing, thus throwing off competitive flow. On top of it, these pop ups happen when getting an "upgrade" is frustrating.
  
  I would love to be able to take advantage of the new bonus/skill right away, when trying to multitask a well timed advancement, this pop up can be the death...

  Whenever you advance in fame or obtain a civilisation bonus or military experience level there is a notification window pop up that prevents you from doing anything until you close it. When you are in a fight and this advancement pop up comes you cannot move units anymore until you close that notification. After playing the game almost since release this still isn't addressed and it is insanely frustrating and game ruining. My suggestion would be to give us some option to turn it off or make it similar to those that warn you about others achieving fame levels or lore levels being close to victory. You can read the clan bonuses in the game anyway so there really is no need for it to take up my screen after I get the required fame for it.

  The devs might think this is not a bug, but we the players definitely hate that popup window stopping us from doing anything. If you were about to pick a place where to build your military camp or brewery or tavern, it disappears. And you have to open the buildings menu once again, repeating the whole process. That's seriously annoying.
