[Turtle] Caravan bug : Sometime can't be repaired

Sometimes when caravan is damaged I can't repair it and I can't assing new worker there (game tell me that this already being repaired). I must pack caravan and settle again to repair it and asing shopkeeper.

I've had this but can fix it by unassigning then reassigning the shopkeepers

While playing for the Turtle clan, a bug was discovered:
- If the caravan was attacked and damaged, then after the battle is over, we cannot repair the caravan, since it is indicated that the settlement has already been assigned for repair, although in fact it has not been assigned.
- If after this you transfer the caravan to mobile mode and back, then now it can be repaired.
- Approximately, the bug stops appearing after receiving 200 fame and access to the third merchant for the caravan.
