No Ornament reward for Bifrost in Challenge

  I have this same problem, and this problem occurred during the huge problem with game crashing or losing connection at the end of every game during the last few months (Early 2025). I think this may be the reason why the game failed to give some people the ornament reward due to connectivity issue. Finishing subsequent hard bifrost runs still do not give out the ornament as it seems like the game is designed to recognize only the first win for the award, and therefore people with this problem is hard-locked from the ornament.

  Can you try to check in all ornament if you see them?
  
  I got the same issue as you at first when ckecking Owned Ornaments, but when I look in all, I can see the Bifrost Ornaments and after clicking on them they appear in Owned. Let me now if it works for you!

  Hello!
  Me and my friend checked in all Ornaments, but we still can't see Bifrost Ornaments here.
  Maybe it happened because we played DLC Clans (he was Kraken and I was Turtle), while our other friends who got their Ornaments were playing basic Clans (Stag and Bear)?

  Hello, everyone! I completed Bifrost on the “trial” difficulty level twice. I received the achievement on Steam and the skins for the settlers, but I did not receive the ornament. My first playthrough on this difficulty level was on July 13. Yesterday, I completed it for the second time. Nothing has changed. Is there any way to resolve this? All of my friends who play with me have the ornament, but I don't :)

  My hero doesn't wear a cape. My hero comments on the bug report; this is @Ubersalat. He came here and commented for months to see if the problem had been fixed. However, my hero @Ubersalat stopped posting in November 2025. It's been 7 months since my hero last posted to provide more information, and yet the problem still hasn't been fixed.
