AI Artifact crafting memory leak

I found a loop ;D I don't know what happened but enemy Hound create and cancel artifact creation like 1000 times a second, and it freezes the game (I don't overexaggerate, as i hear cacophony of hammer strikes)

Right now there are only jackhammer sounds of artifact creation and the game is frozen, But it don't crash nor use too much of game resources.

The second player plays pretty much normally, but he can't use army nor scouts but can build and is trying to win with Valhalla feast.

An other weird thing that happened this game was enemy clans (Eagle and Horse) were killed, but their army remained on map and was harassing us. Also, enemies were hyper aggressive attacking 3 or 4 times every month. I don't think it's reportable, but it doesn't hurt to mention.
