Server issue

I have a 250MB up and a 250MB down wifi connection with JUST my pc connected and I am getting 24/7 lagspikes. BAD ONES not just a little lag and now im crying, im talking 30 seconds of complete freezing every 2-3 minutes. I can hear the game progressing in the background(seasons change, attacks etc.) yet everything is frozen. THIS HAS HAPPENED *MULTIPLE* times in ranked... PLEASE BLOODY FIX YOUR SERVERS! I LOVE THIS GAME BUT I CANT PLAY LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!
