Spoils of Plenty tech does not work correctly when stolen
When playing as Snake, or after getting the "Stolen Lore" tech in Bifrost, or using the Mimirsbrunn, steal the "Spoils of Plenty" tech from Lynx. Standard lures will not show up in your list of buildings. The "hunters tools improvement will be free and forging time is divided by 2" effect works correctly.
I get this bug in Conquest, Peer-to-Peer, and Bifrost, but I have not tested it in other modes.

I have this most consistently happen in Bifrosts, I've recreated this by stealing it from an allied Lynx using both Stolen Lore and the Snake starting bonus. I "technically" already have it in my list of buildings, since my allied Lynx has it, but it doesn't allow me to place them myself even after having stolen the tech. However, I've also experienced this in conquest and a peer-to-peer game.
