[Bifrost Modding] "mandatoryPickMethod: All" doesn't work

While modding Bifrost, I noticed that assigning a "mandatoryPickMethod: All" to a realm's mandatory objectives now does nothing. It doesn't even load any of the objectives marked as mandatory at all. The screenshot displays custom objectives, but I can assure you that they work.

This used to work, and having it fixed would help a lot in designing custom realms with a set of custom objectives. Second screenshot shows some of the code viewed by Manevolent on the topic.
