[Bifrost Modding] Portals don't work if their reinforcements come from the same realm

In my custom realm Helheim, I used to have multiple portals marked as ReinforcementPortal, which spawned wave enemies from the same realm (Helheim). Currently they are not able to load unless I change "reinforcementFrom" to another realm. This used to work, but no longer seems to.
