bug of boar relic

The test can only take effect in the online mode, and the stand-alone state cannot be tested without network delay.
This bug also appeared on the dragon relic before, but it was fixed later, and I believe that the problem of boar will be fixed soon.

I did meet today in mulitiplayer game boar player who spwned 47 board from relic, as i dont think its inteded mechanic i atached photo of it here.
