[Tirtle][Ai] Turtle clan AI cause significant stuttering

In standart battles, turtle clan AI cause significant stuttering in mid-late game (805+ AD) which make the game nearly unplayable until being eliminated.
Every game where this clan is presented if their game progress is fine.
Also his most villagers (around 25-35) do nothing in townhall territory.
