[Bifrost] [Kraken Clan] The bonus "Enemy units in your coastal territory lose life over time"

While playing Muspelheim on Bifrost mode with the Kraken clan, I was attacked by a tomb of draugrs in a tile that was a costal zone, but the bonus that deals damage over time was not working.

+1, it should be noted that in general it doesn't damage draugr for some reason
