Kraken does not get a tooltip for building non-coastal non-High Tided ally's tiles in Bifröst
1. Bifröst, at least duo as it requires coop building.
2,3, not relevant.
4. Yes.
This report describes the issue reported here https://northgard.featureupvote.com/suggestions/640300/bifrost-allied-building-not-allowed better, should merge that report into this one for having a clear title.
As Kraken you pay extra wood to build non-high-tided non-coastal tiles.
On your own lands you get a tooltip that reminds you of that fact.
When building an ally's tile you don't. It just shows up green but fails to place if you don't have enough wood.

Try to build in allied territory, get (un)lucky.
Don't have seed, did not consider when it occurred.
Does bifrost have mid-game saves?
Playing the Bifrost game mode with 2-3 friends, I will occasionally be unable to build requested buildings in allied territory. The color highlight will be red instead of green, and clicking to place will result in nothing happening. Sometimes the building will become valid within 15-30 seconds of the issue occurring.
I'm playing as Kraken, buildings I'm trying to place are Fishing Cabin, Trading Pot, and Training Camp. The building placements should have been valid in every case, as far as I can tell. Open building slots, proper resources.
Probably not enough info, will get the map seed next time it happens.
My pc is lower end enough to start lagging on later invasion waves, with poor internet, if that helps. -

Varinathras MergedThat tile is not high tided, you are Kraken, it costs +50% to build there.
Trading Post is 80, +50% is 120, but you have 116 wood
Kraken should get a tooltip to better explain this situation that you don't have enough resources due to No-High-Tide -
